Credits by Phone problems?

Anyone buy credits by mobile phone having problems getting your PIN? For 2 weeks now I have been trying to make a purshase with my cell phone to buy some credits. I always get the first text asking me to text "IMVU Y" back, but then I never get the second text with the PIN. I've been going back and forth with support and this is what I keep getting from them.

We're still not showing the orders are going through properly to even get the PIN.
Have you contact Alltel to be sure that you can purchase through your mobile? It's possible it's not allowed.

Well thats not the case because I contacted Altell. This is the only way I am able to purshace credits because I have no credit card and I can't buy one because Im so damn broke. lol Any suggestions?

There were charges on my phone bill that someone other then i did (my computer got hacked by a hacker). They gave me back the first charge, but then they wouldn't refund me the second charge. You can get more details in the Dear Aimi section of the magazine for this month.

The only thing that I know that would be good for either of us. Is the prepaid cards. At least with those you don't have the hassle with CUSTOMER SERVICE.; ▶ Reply to This

Tracey,that's a very good point. To check your cellphone service provider to be sure that your service or plan even allows for that sort of thing. I think that whenever anyone decides to purchase a cell phone for either the first time,or as an upgrade/replacement,we should all bring a list of the features we are looking for,for reference,and be sure that if we belong to any online communities,we should be sure to include them and what they offer,in our lists,to be sure to ask the sales rep.if they are available with any service plans,to prevent this sort of issue in the future.
