Is IMVU down for anyone else right now?

I cannot get IMVU to load at all. I went to http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to check the status & it keeps telling me that it's just me & that IMVU is not down. So why won't it load?? Anyone else having issues??

Someone PLEASE Help Me Already! >:(

I changed my email on IMVU over a week ago without knowing that they would not allow me to give credits for God knows how long. The thing is, I pay people credits to help make layouts for my layout site & for the past almost 2 weeks now I haven't been able to pay anyone because I still cannot give credits; it just keeps telling me that I have to wait the allotted time or contact IMVU. IMVU Lovers Toolbar Created By Me

I just made a toolbar for IMVU users that can be used on Internet Explorer & FireFox. The 2 toolbars that are out for IMVU now were not compatible with my version of FireFox, plus they do not contain all the links I use on a daily basis so I wanted to add my own custom links.
