Well, it has been a long time since I have blogged here, and thought it was bout time I did.
There have been so many things happening around here.
First, my son,Devon, came home to me after years of negativity at his Dads'. He is so happy to be back with me finally, and I couldn't be happier to have him home. We have a custody order of joint physical and legal, but, when I sent Devon to visit his Dad a few years ago, the girlfriend left with my son and it took a while to get all the papers I needed to prove Devon was supposed to be here, and not there, but, I prevailed again, and now have the papers, and Dad and girlfriend are s.o.l.,and finally gave up. yay.
Well, we have been busy registering him in a school district near us,getting my sons s.s.i. and other stuff together, and making sure he has all of his medications as prescribed for his Aspergers' Syndrome,a.d.h.d.,and other disorders. I finally found a new specialist and will finally get a re -eval for my son,and will finally be able to take him off of the one I have not liked from the beginning.Rispiratol(spell?). It's such a harmful medication, that causes massive breakouts on the face, neck, and back, that leave the skin badly scarred. It's never meant for prolonged use,and Thank God for his mental health care manager,Claire, for helping us to get that remedied.
If anyone has a child, or other loved one on that medication, please monitor it and make sure it is switched out often to prevent this problem that can be very harmful after prolonged use.
Also, some of you already know, that we welcomed grand baby girl #3, Rosalein, into the world on August 22.
She was so tiny, but is already 21 inches long, and weighs nearly 10 lbs. She smiles all the time, and has so much personality, we all have such a great time when they're here for a visit. Evelein, our 2 year old Grand baby girl from the same Mom as Rosalein, is getting more and more beautiful and active each day,and loves, lol, already, to talk on the phone.
We also found out that our other two daughters are expecting as well, and Julianna, our middle daughter, found out through ultrasound, that she is having a girl. It's a really great image, and her face is very detailed. She looks like she will have her mothers' eyebrow area, and maybe even her nose. We can't wait for her arrival,March 12,2008,the day after Julianna's Dad's birthday.
Lately, when I am not running around, Devon and I spend our days and nights building our new myspace page,
Devon and company. It can be found on my favoritesfaerie page. The profile pic is of Devon in the snow in Utah.
This is a very different type of profile for us. We are bigtime myspace apps gamers, and are trying to reach a goal of 500 members, which is the maximum allowed for mobsters, mafia, and a couple of our other favorite apps.
We are Christians,so we mention all of our favorite books, which include many Christian Titles, and some of the other authors who are more well-known in the world. We love all types of music, and have listed our favorites from many genres, games we play, movies we like. The usual q & a you find on myspace.
Oh,and for those of you who don't know this about me, I love xbox and playstation games. I have beaten all the Resident Evil Games, and have played all of the Tomb Raider games, but only beat Angel of Darkness, and Legend.
Am playing the Demo for Anniversary at the moment. I have nearly completed the Need for Speed Carbon, but am stuck on the last boss race.Lol. He's a tough one.Lol. I have played Sims 1 & 2,and beaten them both, but haven't been very good at the Sim City games. Lol.Oh,well. One of my favorite past times has been playing the movie,Honey, with Jessica Alba, going straight to the bonus materials, and trying to learn the dances they teach that were actually used in the movie. So far, well, as of last year, I had the first 3 or 4 dance steps mastered. Time will tell if I get the whole dance routine down. Lol.
Ok, now that I have turned this blog into a mini novel, anything else that happens, will be included in a later blog.
Have a great week
